Let us introduce you Marymount International School where 8-13 year olds are welcomed to experience Summer English Plus Activity Program. In well equipped and modern classrooms, English Skills, English Workshops, and end-of-week presentations comprise 20 hours of instruction every week. There are a maximum of 12 international students in each class and this is one of the best opportunities for your child to improve both English and interpersonal skills.

Location
Marymount International School, is located on a private estate just 18km from central London. The campus is ideal for young children. It is safe, compact and has many excellent facilities, set in beautiful landscaped lawns and gardens. London Heathrow and Gatwick airports under an hour away.
Kingston upon Thames and Richmond Park are close by.
The campus is ideal for young children. It is safe, compact and has many excellent facilities, set in beautiful gardens. We offer a wide variety of indoor sports, including basketball, volleyball, and badminton. Outdoors, there is 5-a-side football, a tennis court, dance studio and a large garden for games and activities.

-Students are put in an English Skills class that is suitable for their age and level after taking a written and spoken exam when they arrive, which improves fundamental skills, technical accuracy, and spoken fluency
-English Workshops are engaging, task-based workshops in which students learn about new topics and gain knowledge through conducting research, debating, cooperating, and producing
-Bedrooms (1-4 beds) are small, tastefully equipped, and well maintained, with a full board dining hall and WiFi available during certain hours of the day
-The program includes a full and varied afternoon and evening activity schedule, with one full day and one half day trip each week to destinations such as the London Eye, Tower of London, Thames river cruise, Hamleys shopping, Science Museum Wonderlab, Chessington World of Adventures/Zoo, and Hampton Court Palace
-Airport transfers by coach or taxi are included in the fees for flights scheduled to arrive or depart between 09.00 and 15.

Meals
We provide 3 meals a day, plus evening snack. Meals are taken in the attractive dining room. Menus are chosen to appeal to international students.
Specific dietary requirements can be catered for with prior notice.
Pocket Money
We recommend **£60 per week **to cover personal expenses (phone/SIM cards, postcards, stamps, souvenirs, soft drinks, ice creams etc)

We offer a professional and friendly 'Meet and Greet' service.
Airport transfers by coach or taxi are included in the fees on published arrival and departure dates for flights scheduled to arrive/depart between 09.00 and 16.00 hours from/to specific airports (see below).
Once you have collected your luggage you will come out of the Customs Hall and see one of our airport representatives, holding the school sign with your name. Coaches/taxis leave at regular intervals to take you to your centre. On departure, we check you onto your flight and see you through to departures.

*In exceptional cases, in order to place students at their correct level, maximum class size may be exceeded.
On arrival, you'll be given a written and oral test and placed into an English Skills class appropriate for your age and level Improve core skills, technical accuracy and enhance spoken fluency through stimulating and collaborative sessions e.g. Faces on banknotes - research famous British people on banknotes and design your own!
In these fun, task based sessions, you'll explore new topic areas. Learn through researching, discussing, collaborating and creating Workshop topics vary week to week e.g. British Castles, Dream Cities, FabLab (Lego Robotics), 3D Maps and Models, Young Film Making and more! Choose a Workshop (on arrival) that interests you!
