Verification, Qualification, Cancellation and Refunds

These terms may change from time to time, you can find the most up to date terms of sale on this page.

Best Parents Inc will verify the identification of all students attending courses. If you fail to provide adequate identification, or fail to respond to other verification and suitability requests, or your responses are deemed inadequate by us or by the provider, we or they may cancel your order at any time. In this case we will notify you promptly.

Some courses require students to have certain qualifications or take assessments to ensure they can best perform in the course. We endeavor to mention these standards but can't guarantee we have always done so in the course listing. Inability to meet the standard set by the course provider or inability to complete those assessments or for any other reason the provider, or we, acting as their agent, may cancel your order. In this case we will notify you promptly.

If the provider cancels the order, Best Parents will make a best effort to find a suitable exchange or relatable product, but cannot guarantee a refund, and may charge a processing fee.

By purchasing a camp at Best Parents you agree to let us fill forms and consent to terms on your behalf. We act only in good faith and with the utmost care - you release us from any liability for transcription or other errors. You agree to let us know if your personal info or medical history changes. You agree to comply with any bound terms. You agree to provide personal info whenever requested for management of your camp enrolment, attendance or followup.

If we have charged you a deposit and you fail to pay the remainder within the period mentioned in your remainder invoice, we may consider your order cancelled.

Our policy for cancellations is that we may not offer you a refund or reimbursement even though we may make an effort to do. We will consider your request as best as we can and possibly direct you to the course provider or act as their agent.

To help complete any refund or reimbursement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

At no time, ever, will Best Parents offer refunds for travel or visa or any other expenses not directly related to our invoice.

Best Parents will not refund any amount donated to charity

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we are evaluating your case. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, and of any fees we may charge for processing that refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, or through any other means we decide , within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If we've informed you your refund has been processed, and you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at advisor@bestparents.com.

Gifts

If the course was marked as a gift when purchased and fulfilled directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the return is processed, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
