The London Medicine Summer School for ages 16–18 provides a comprehensive understanding of medicine and disease, extending students' prior knowledge in biology, human anatomy, genetics, genomics, emergency medicine, and neuroscience in a hands-on learning environment.

Students will gain insight into what it takes to work in the medical profession in the 21st century on campus at Imperial College London, one of the world’s leading institutions for science and engineering. Through classes and workshops led by expert tutors and medical professionals, students will explore the fields of medicine and gain practical skills required to navigate the medical school application process.

Transfer Fee: Available from London Heathrow Airport (LHR) at Β£130 one-way.

  • Arrival flight must land after 06:00 BST and before 18:00 BST.

All programmes take place in a secure environment, with 24-hour campus supervision by staff. Students must check in regularly during the day: at breakfast roll-call; at morning classes; in the afternoon for lessons, workshops, or activities; at dinner and in the evening before curfew. Each campus has a safe where students can deposit items of value such as passports, bank cards, and travel documents.
