Step into the world of justice, ethics, and legislation with our Oxford Summer School in Law for students aged 13–15. Designed for curious minds with an interest in legal systems, this programme offers a deep dive into topics such as criminal justice, human rights, and internet regulation — all taught within the historic surroundings of the University of Oxford.
***
Through small-group, interactive sessions (max 8 students), you’ll:
Understand how law governs modern society, from local statutes to global frameworks.
Explore the evolving legal implications of cybercrime, fraud, and human rights.
Examine key legal concepts such as trial rights, digital privacy, and legal ethics.
Develop research, presentation, and debating skills through collaborative case studies.
Participate in a masterclass to build teamwork and communication skills.
Set personal goals and track your progress in guided reflection sessions.

We embraces a unique, discussion-based approach modeled after the Oxford tutorial system. There’s no fixed curriculum — your tutor will tailor the learning experience around your interests.
Students benefit from:
Four days of subject lessons each week (3 hours/day).
Approximately 12 hours of independent study.
Enrichment activities like masterclasses, goal-setting, and reflection.
***
Here’s what a typical week might look like:
Morning: Breakfast followed by small-group law tutorials.
Afternoon: Directed study, city tours, enrichment workshops.
Evening: Cultural and social activities like quizzes, movie nights, and scavenger hunts.
Saturday: Full-day excursion to historic or cultural destinations.
Sunday: Arrival day (Week 1) or relaxing activities and prep (Week 2).
