Typical Daily Schedule

English Language and Football Camps

• 7:00am - 8:30am – Breakfast

• 8:30am - 9:30am – Strength & Conditioning (S&C) Session

• 9:30am - 11:30am – Morning Football Training

• 12:30pm - 2:00pm – Lunch

• 2:00pm - 4:30pm – Afternoon Training Session or English Language Lessons

• 5:30pm - 6:30pm – Dinner

• Evening – Free Time / Evening Activities
