Galway

Galway, renowned as one of the world's friendliest cities, is the cultural capital of the West of Ireland and a gateway to the stunning national parks of Connemara and the Burren. This medieval coastal city, nestled along the Wild Atlantic Way, is just 2.5 hours from Dublin Airport. Known as the City of the Tribes and the City of Festivals, Galway enchants visitors with its cobblestone streets, lively atmosphere, and vibrant street performers. The Galway International Arts Festival, held every July, attracts artists and visitors worldwide, making it a highlight for our students to experience.

The Future Learning Galway Cultural Programme takes place on the University of Galway campus, right in the city’s heart. Students are accommodated in the campus’s modern student residences, ensuring a comfortable and enriching stay.
