Room configurations range from double to triple occupancy.
Triple rooms may have two beds plus a rollaway or a suite with a sofa bed.

San Francisco, California: Enjoy all-suite accommodations at either the Embassy Suites South San Francisco or the Embassy Suites Burlingame on San Francisco Bay. Accommodations are spacious with living areas and amenities include an indoor pool, whirlpool and gym.
Lake Tahoe, California: Surrounded by breathtaking scenery, we'll stay at either the Hampton Inn & Suites Tahoe-Truckee or the Springhill Suites Tahoe-Truckee and enjoy the comfortable rooms and outdoor pools after activity-packed days in Tahoe.
Santa Barbara, California: Enjoy your stay in the beautiful Santa Barbara area at either the Hilton Garden Inn or Hampton Inn. Work out at the fitness center and have fun with your friends at the outdoor pool.
Los Angeles, California: After a full day of exciting Los Angeles highlights, stay at either the Hyatt Place LAX / Century Blvd, Marriott LAX, or Embassy Suites LAX North.

Kanab, Utah: After exploring the spectacular scenery of Bryce and Zion Canyons, return to one of our Kanab hotels, the Hampton Inn or Comfort Suites, and reflect on the wild beauty of Southern Utah!

Group dinners at a variety of venues, including hibachi grills, local BBQ, and Italian eateries.

Lunches in smaller groups at local cafes and restaurants, with a focus on great local favorites.
Special dessert stops at Cow’s Ice Cream Parlor, Crumbl Cookies, Voodoo Donuts, Matsumoto’s Hawaiian Shave Ice, and Diddy Riese.

We transfer you to the accommodations with no added fee as long as you arrive in our designated times.
Flight to San Francisco, California: We coordinate arrival times for a warm welcome. From New York, we provide a chaperoned morning flight. Our team assists with check-in and introduces you to fellow travelers, ensuring guidance from the moment you arrive.
Return Flight Home from Phoenix, Arizona: Our leaders help you to check-in and remain in the airport until flights in designated times have departed. For those from the New York area, we offer a chaperoned flight.
Chaperoned flights from JFK, Newark, LAX, Miami for international travel
Staff provide airport check-in help and social introductions
Receive trip details in advance, and look for name sign upon arrival
Coordinate with program for connecting flight arrangements

Program Highlights:
Extras
Pocket Money Advice: approximately $610 (Lunches, snacks, personal spending money for souvenirs etc.) Spending money should be by Credit or Debit card. Lunch costs vary by program type, length, and destination.
Laundry: approximately $10 per week. You will only need to bring one week’s worth of clothing as outlined in the packing list that will be sent to you prior to departure. We visit local laundromats weekly and we will supply the detergent and dryer sheets.
Transportation to and from the program

We also make available optional travel insurance that is not included, but highly recommended.
Medical Insurance: Travelers must have adequate medical insurance for the trip. Verify your policy covers international travel. Our insurance packages can cover deductibles, but we're not responsible for the uninsured.
